What is Corpay Complete ReportQ?

 ReportQ is a feature within Corpay Complete that allows you to access and download reports in a centralized location. It opens in a separate tab from the Reports Module in Corpay Complete.

How do I access the Corpay Complete ReportQ?

From the Reports module in Corpay Complete, navigate to the right side of the screen and click the Access ReportQ link.

Which reports are available in ReportQ?

Reports are generated based on your product profile, providing Fleet reports for Fleet clients, relevant reports for T&E and Purchasing clients, and ePayables reports for ePayables customers.

Cardholder and Admin reports are also available, such as the Force Post Report and Mastercard Dispute Report.

Who can access reports in ReportQ, and will my existing reports change?

Existing and recurring reports in Corpay Complete remain user-specific and will not be affected.

The new Corpay Complete ReportQ feature operates at the company level, meaning all Corpay Complete Admins within your company share the same view. If one admin runs a report, other admins can download it. Please note that ONLY Corpay Complete Admins will have access to ReportQ.

How do I run and download a report in Corpay Complete ReportQ?

Reports can be run and downloaded the same way as in iConnectData today, using the same Account Code(s) and Customer ID(s).

Can I request additional reports?

 Yes. Each account is configured with a default set of reports. If you are missing a report, or to request additional reports, please contact accountmanagement@corpay.com.
