Corpay Complete now supports issuing and managing driver and vehicle fleet cards with built-in prompting functionality. This full lifecycle management of driver and vehicle fleet cards includes issuing, editing, and enabling prompting functionality at the point of sale.
Key Features
- Issue Fleet Cards Easily – Admins can issue driver or vehicle fleet cards directly from the All Cards grid using the new Issue Fleet Card option.
Note: This option is available to companies with an active fleet card program.
Prompting at the Pump or POS – Fleet cards can prompt specific information (like driver ID or vehicle number) at the fuel pump or point of sale, based on settings defined during implementation.

Driver and Vehicle Pools – Admins can centrally manage driver and vehicle records used for prompting via the new Fleet tab in the Cards module. This includes:
- The Driver ID grid for managing driver records.
- The Vehicle ID grid for managing vehicle records.
- Adding, editing, or deleting records
- Fleet Reporting – Two new reports are available in the Reports module to support large-scale fleet data exports, making it easier for administrators to manage and analyze fleet records. With this offering, the following reports are available:

- Fleet – Driver Listing
