This section provides information on how to upload a receipt against a card transaction. A user may upload a receipt using the web or mobile applications.
To upload a receipt using the Corpay Complete web application,
1. Log into Corpay Complete via your web browser.
2. Navigate to the Cards module, then click on the Transactions tab at the top of the page.
3. Locate the applicable transaction from the Transactions grid and click on the Purchase # link in the grid associated to the transaction you need to upload a receipt to.

| Transactions with a "PUR" link under the Purchase # column are transactions that have cleared |
4. On the Purchase Details page, click the Upload Receipt button.
- Alternatively, scroll down to the Documents section and click on the + Upload Receipt button.
5. Follow the steps to browse and upload the applicable receipt and add a description as applicable. click Upload.
6. You will receive confirmation that the receipt upload was successful.
