This article details how to create an Accrual Rollforward report, which provides comprehensive insights into accruals for a specified period.
Note: In Corpay Complete, page visibility and information access depends on user roles, Company settings, and available modules. Some pages or information may be hidden or only accessible in a view-only format.
Complete the following steps to create an Accrual Rollforward report:
- Click the Reports module in the left-side navigation pane.
- On the Existing Reports tab of the Reports module, click the Create New Report button.
- On the Create Report dialog, select Accruals from the Category drop-down. Once a category is selected, the dialog will expand automatically with additional fields.
- Complete the following steps on the Create Report dialog:
- Report Type – Select the Report Type drop-down and click Accrual Rollforward.
- Start Date – Click the Start Date field and choose a start date.
- End Date – Click the End Date field and choose an end date.
- Export Format – Select the Export Format drop-down and select the desired export format:
- XLSX – The report will be downloaded in an Excel format.
- CSV – The report will be downloaded in a comma-separated value (CSV) format.
- Export Destination – Select the Export Destination drop-down to choose the export destination:
- Download – The report will be saved to the user’s Web Downloads.
- Email – If email is selected, a field to key in e-mail address(es) will appear. The report will be emailed to the specified address(es).
- Sftp – This option is for secure file-transfer protocol (SFTP). Select this option if the user’s Company has a valid integration setting for file transfers.
- Exclude Header Descriptions – This box removes the column headers on the report download. It is not recommended to check this box.
- Create – Click the Create button to begin the report creation. Generating a report can take anywhere from one to ten minutes depending on the amount of data.
- The New Report dialog will display, and the report will begin processing.
- The Existing Reports tab will display, and the report will begin generating.
- Once the status changes to Completed, the report will be delivered as specified in the Export Destination. Users may need to refresh their screens for the status to change to Completed.
Note: Reports can be downloaded at any time after their completion using the Download
icon in the Actions column.
